I have known Jorgen for going on twenty years through Muskies Canada Ottawa. This week in the boat we reminisced about Can/Am musky events on Pigeon we attended in the 90s and how much fun they were, and many other distant memories from our musky world.

Jorgen is a Rideau River musky guy. Great river that is actually easier to catch a musky in than the Ottawa, you just have potential for bigger fish here. It was a few years back but Jorgens’ only other Ottawa River ‪#‎Musky‬was 54 inches. The one he caught this week was the only fish we contacted in the muddy brown post storm river we have now. It is yet another fish of a lifetime. I am proud to have been the net man and pleased that I have known someone as good and decent as Jorgen all these years. It couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.
