November musky fishing is like a quote from Lighthouse’s Skip Prokop that always made sense to me;

‘When muskies hate you they beat you to death but when they love you, you know you’ve been loved’.

Some days you pay a price to be on the water in November. Other days you feel privileged to be able to be in a boat with birds in the sky, crisp clean air, colours not seen on most people’s spectrum, and nature in transition. Mostly we feel like the latter.

Today Patrice, Eric, Yan, and I shared a day to remember. Again, this is why we fish in November.
