Christian Zimmer and Fred Bowen, aka The Muskyboys were just here for their sixth consecutive year. I love having these young guns in the boat because they eat and sleep muskies and they really know how to catch the moment of the take on film. That split second where the hunter takes control of its’ prey has stirred human emotion since it was first photographed and then filmed. This is one of the big reasons people arewilling to pay the price of the thousand casts to catch a single musky. And if you are really lucky, you get to watch it all with one of the best seats in nature.
We contacted 27 muskies in three days, had teeth on ten baits, caught figure eight fish, top water fish, blade fish, shakers, and jumpers.
